Sarah is a very passionate and knowledgeable trainer. She has personally helped me recover from a knee injury secondary to full marathon training to most recently, assisting me in recovering post partum. Her expertise is evident in her recommendations and the results you achieve when working with her. Sarah’s enthusiasm, support and friendly attitude always shine through when working together. A trainer with a background and experience in athletic therapy is an anomaly and as such Sarah has been able to develop very personalized programs to suit my individual needs.
